DA Noel’s Crossup Protection Break oki can be attained from virtually any starter, so once you have a basic understanding of the execution, you’ll always be able to set up her oki (as long as you have one bar).

DA Noel can go into her oki off of almost any starter. 2A2A2A, IAD j.C, 2C, Shield > A, corner 2B, midscreen 4BC, you name it. The combo theory is (Normals)/(Launcher) > TK236BB > TK214B > (Normals) > 236AA/BB > 214C.
See how every combo is functionally the same? DA Noel’s execution is meticulous and distance-dependent, but once you understand how her routing works, it all becomes much simpler.
This is arguably the most frustrating part of the combo. Ideally, you want to delay the follow-up of TK236B enough to get a sufficient amount of frame advantage for TK214B. If done too fast, you won’t be able to TK214B. If done too slow, you won’t cross through the opponent (this is not terrible). This will highly vary based on distance.
This is the combo executed properly from start to finish.
