If the combo was done properly, then getting the dash under should come of no issue.
You want to be in the center of the green. Being too far to the left will cause your superjump to push them outside of the detonation range, and being too far to the right will make your superjump slower (thus allowing the 13f crossup to be blocked either way).
After dashing under the opponent, you want to buffer 22B immediately. If you don’t 22B fast enough, the detonation won’t hit fast enough to be a crossup. There’s nothing particularly special about this part, just make sure to dash to the proper spot.
If you choose to go for crossup, you simply need to superjump forward after 22B. The first detonation will whiff, but the second will hit near meaty for a 13f crossup midscreen, and an 8f crossup in the corner (distance).
This will beat heat, mash, jump, backdash, and reversals. Doing a slightly delayed backjump (29 dl 7) will automatically move you outside of the range of heat, make DPs go the wrong way, and put you in a perfect spacing to combo. Charged heat could hit you, but in that case, just superjump forward.

Occasionally your superjump won’t come out (thanks Kamone), but there’re a few shortcuts/alternatives that can be used.
